Cash Legends sire is the Holstein stallion Cash Point. In his debut season internationally he had 11 places in the top 5, and of which 7 of those places were in the top 2. His sire Com Air was a successful international show jumper and stallion in the USA. His sire, the great Contender who has over 100 approved sons and offspring in competition who have won over four million euros.
His sire line also holds a double dose of two legendary jumping stallions, Ramiro Z, ‘ The stallion of the century’ sire of Ratina Z who made history in the sport with Ludger Beerbaum and also Landraff I who has dominated the show jumping world with his progeny. Other prolific sires in his pedigree also include, Calypso, Cor De La Bryere and Calleto II. Cash Legend has inherited his sires carefulness and super technique over a fence.

His dam is Bolgoed (pronounced Bolgoyd) Lady Legend, who competed nationally up to 1m20 herself and trained up to 1m50. She had unbelievable amounts of jump, and a textbook technique. She is graded with the BWBS. Her pedigree consists of a rare mix of bloodlines, from the old fashioned irish draughts such as Glenlara, who received high marks in his performance test for jumping and temperament. He was a Grade B show jumper and qualified for Horse of the year show foxhunter final, as well as competing at advanced level dressage and becoming reserve champion at the Dublin International Horse Show. His grandsire Ben Purple is one of the most influential irish draught stallions in the world, being in several international and Olympic pedigrees. 
She also carries throughbred blood of the prolific race horse Aberwiffy who was one of Britains top Event sires, he was the sire of European champion Watermill Stream. Abergwiffys sire Precipe Wood produced a Cheltenham Gold Gup winner, and Ian Starks International Event Horse, Glenburnie where he won European individual gold at Punchestown.
Cash Legend also carries a small amount of Welsh Section D, you cannot deny these native horses of their jumping ability and spirit, which Cash Legend has certainly inherited. His great grandsire Flying Vicar has produced HOYS Working Hunter Champions, and several successful affiliated show jumpers and eventers.
